NOTICE TO PATIENTS: Welcome to the Abbey Medical
Website! Encourage your friends to use our website for Clinic information
There is exciting news! 2 new doctors will be joining Abbey Medical
at the end of January. Therefore our hours of operation are going to change
dramatically. Please keep abreast of these changes on the website. Dr
Kerr is going to conduct regular Family practice on Saturdays, so
that physicals, well babies and procedures will be done, so book your
appointments now.
The 2 new doctors are Dr Qasim Sayed, who has left his practice in
Nova Scotia to be with family and community in Mississauga/Oakville. Dr
Suzy Guirguis has left her practice in Nova Scotia to join us here at
Abbey Medical for the same reasons. They will be taking new patients and
become part of the FHG.
So spread the word in our community
Our new patients are encouraged to explore the various links on the website
to fully evaluate our services. Remember to use the other
Walk-in Clinics of Family Health Group members (see links) when this
office is closed and mention that you are a rostered patient at Abbey
Medical Centre.

Remember all rostered patients are members of the North Oakville FHG
and whenever doctors from Abbey Medical are unavailable, rostered

There will be a $10 prescription renewal fee
Request for copies of results will be $5.

There will be a $75.00 fee for missed Physical appointments. All
patients must give 24hr notice for cancellations of these
